Day 2 - I am sore.
I am pretty sure now that my pilates DVD worked because I am sore in places that I have not been sore in a long time!!!! It's great, I am even looking forward to working out tomorrow morning.

Day 1 - 5:50am
I was up until 12:45am, but when my alarm went off and I knew other people were working out - I rolled out of bed (a little late). Since we moved a bakers rack in front of the treadmill, I knew I had to do a DVD, so I start opening the Jilllian Shred DVD. OF COURSE, once I finally get it opened and loaded into the DVD, it requires a remote control for me to get it to play and I can't find the remote!!!!! Plan B - Pilates for Weight Loss. This was a good plan B, lots of stretching, but the poses were very challenging and I felt like because I was laying down a lot, I could not stop yawning! :) Since today is Charlie's birthday, it will be a fun day of food choices I am sure. I have the 40 days devotion one going through my head - "It's not about you!"
